A Study on Factors Influencing for Work Plan of Female Babyboomer

Abstract
This study aims to examine the determinant factors of work plan of female babyboomers for the aged and to explore the programs for their independent living in their aged life. For this, this study analyzed the second Woman-family-panel survey data and selected the 1718 female babyboomers among the survey objects. Analysis methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchial logistic regression analysis. The results were as below: First, the female babyboomers had work plan for the aged, if they were working at that time of survey and their economic situations were evaluated as low. The female babyboomers with less children had stronger work plan than the other women. The female babyboomers who had to transfer income to family members and savings wanted to work more strong. According to the study results, some supportive policies to increase workplaces and income were suggested in this study.
